For #AtoZChallenge on 2014 April 08 Tue, I lovingly present a recipe of ginger milk curd by ServicefromHeart.
Ginger milk curd (also known as ginger-juice milk curd / ginger milk pudding / 姜汁撞奶) is delicious and healthy desert for toddlers, new mothers and each of us who loves ginger.
This Chinese dessert originated in Shawan town of Panyu District, Guangzhou, China.
Ginger contains an enzyme (termed as protease zingipain) that coagulate the milk proteins to form curds.

♥ 1 knob old ginger (老姜)
